We always aim to find you the best tenants to help avoid eviction. However, if rent isn’t paid on time, we first call the tenant to see if we can collect. We will also serve the tenant a three-day pay or vacate notice. If a tenant doesn’t pay within three days, we then proceed with the eviction process. This includes setting and attending a court date and eventually serving a Writ of Possession. Our goal is to get tenants to pay what they owe while ensuring if they don’t, we can get possession as quickly as possible.
